We ship pan-India 🇮🇳

We deliver to all major cities and most pin codes across India. If we can't reach your pin code, we'll let you know at checkout.

Delivery timelines

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched. We don't ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll get an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at hello@mitsumatcha.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out — no drama.
